**All attendees ages 13+ must be registered to gain access to online sessions, Exhibit Hall and social events.


Cancellation and Name Change Policy

All name and registration category changes will be subject to the relevant cancellation policy. There are no refunds for NHF's Virtual Bleeding Disorders Conference. 

Name changes on a registration will not be accepted. If the person under a registration can no longer attend, a cancellation notice needs to be sent to NHF’s Conference & Travel Services.
