NHF's 69th Annual Meeting
Kids & Teens

NHF’s Annual Meeting is for the whole family! NHF offers four distinct options for attendees who are age 17 and under, so parents/caregivers can give their full attention to all the wonderful educational sessions, while your children are happy, captivated and excited. Children registered for our baby care, childcare and teen childcare programs are supervised by a licensed and bonded childcare provider.

Minimum age and day-care during WFH:

Due to the nature of the World Congress as an international platform for professional development, participants below the age of 13 are not permitted in sessions or the exhibit hall.

For families attending the 68th Annual Meeting: If you register for the special combined registration (NHF Annual Meeting & 2-day World Congress Pass), and would like childcare, please select that registration category on our website to register each child for childcare. The NHF childcare registration will also cover childcare during WFH (below 13 years old) at the NHF Meeting hotel (Gaylord Palms) on Sunday, July 24 and Monday, July 25, 2016.

Attendees who require day-care outside of the above special offer for NHF Annual Meeting attendees are invited to make their own arrangements either through their hotel or otherwise.

NHF has a NO LICE POLICY consistent with the CDC guideline on lice prevention.

Each child will be screened for lice upon arrival to the Childcare Program. The “NO NITS” policy means that even if a child has recently been treated for lice, but is still found to have nits (eggs) or dead lice in the hair, the child will not be allowed into the Childcare Program and parents will be responsible for their children throughout the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:
All name and registration category changes will be subject to the relevant cancellation policy. Participants unable to attend NHF’s Annual Meeting will receive a refund equivalent to 75% of their paid registration fee, provided that NHF’s Meetings Department is advised of the cancellation in writing prior to Friday, June 10, 2016. All refund requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued within 15 days after each registration deadline, as specified below:
