*All online registrations received on or after September 14, 2019 are subject to on-site charges. Registration deadlines are based on EST.
**All attendees ages 13+ must be registered to receive a badge to gain access to sessions, the Exhibit Hall and social events.

 

If you are unable to pay by credit card, and would like to pay by check or money order, please e-mail NHFregistration@hemophilia.org to receive an off-line registration form. Please note, registration fees for off-line registrations will reflect the on-site registration fees listed above.  
 

2019 Cancellation Policy

All name and registration category changes will be subject to the relevant cancellation policy. 
Participants unable to attend NHF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference will receive a refund equivalent to 75% of their paid registration fee, provided that NHF’s Conference & Travel Services department is advised of the cancellation in writing prior to Friday, September 6, 2019

All refund requests received after this date will not be considered. All approved refunds will be issued within 15 days after each cancellation deadline, as specified below:

  • For cancellation requests received by March 8, 2019 – Refunds will be processed before March 29, 2019.
  • For cancellation requests received between March 9, 2019 and June 7, 2019 – Refunds will be processed before June 28, 2019.
  • For cancellation requests received between June 8, 2019 and September 6, 2019 – Refunds will be processed before September 27, 2019.
Name changes on a registration will not be accepted. If the person under a registration can no longer attend, a cancellation notice needs to be sent to NHF's Conference & Travel Services department prior to September 6, 2019. Cancellation policy will be followed as per the above timeline.

Conference Badges

ALL NHF BDC attendees must wear the official conference badge during conference dates.

Supplementing NHF BDC badges with business cards or altering, adding to or defacing the official conference badge is not permitted.

Company badges will not be accepted as a replacement of the official conference badges.

False certification of an individual as an exhibitor’s representative, or any other method used to assist unauthorized personnel to gain admittance to the exhibit floor and/or instructional courses will be cause for expelling the violator from the exhibition, or removing a violator’s exhibit from the exhibit floor without obligation on the part of NHF.
