Industry Reservations

Group, Exhibitors/Non-Exhibitors, and Sponsors

To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of ten (10) rooms per peak day is required. For more details, please refer to the Hotel Prospectus. Note that as of March 25, we only have group sub-block rooms available at the Hilton Americas.

For group reservations of less than 10 rooms, please e-mail NHFaccommodations@hemophilia.org to request the reservation link.

NHF offers specially negotiated discounted room rates for BDC 2022 sponsors and exhibitors for two properties: Marriott Marquis Houston and Hilton Americas. Both hotels are connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center via sky bridges. Room blocks are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We have a limited room block at each hotel and strongly recommend that you complete your reservation for your group before Friday, March 25, 2022.

Most BDC 2022 activities will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, including: Consumer, Chapter, and HCP Sessions, Registration, Exhibit Hall, Poster Display, and select Industry Symposia.

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for NHF's Bleeding Disorders Conference. We have been made aware of housing companies or travel agencies that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. The only way to book your rooms for NHF’s Bleeding Disorders Conference is to use the channels provided on this website. If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please contact us immediately.
