Invitation to NHF’s 2023 Bleeding Disorders Conference

Dear all,

I’m thrilled to welcome you to beautiful National Harbor, Maryland, for the 75th gathering of the annual Bleeding Disorders Conference (BDC).

With this year’s conference coinciding with the organization’s 75th anniversary, you’ll see history, impact, vision, and a path toward cures throughout the event. This milestone celebration would not be possible without the tremendous impact of community members like you.

Over the last 75 years, the inheritable blood and bleeding disorders field has made tremendous strides in advocacy, research, and knowledge. I hope you’ll join us in celebrating the many remarkable achievements that our community has made over the last several decades, and that you’ll also join in ushering in NHF’s next era – one that will bring even greater value and vision to all corners of the community, and encourage the exchange of thoughts, ideas, and knowledge through translational research.

To celebrate our past and honor the future, this year’s conference will include a special presentation and unveiling of NHF’s upcoming rebrand that you don’t want to miss! You’ll also find engaging exhibits that will let you reflect upon past and coming accomplishments, renew friendships, extend your network, and more. Your time at this special conference will surely be productive and worthwhile!

Also at #BDC2023, you’ll find an exciting program that explores novel and future research and treatments, plus we’ll be addressing the challenges of living every day with a blood or bleeding disorder. With more than 80 sessions and several track options, you can make the most of the conference by tailoring your schedule to your interests.

Enjoy the conference! Let me know you’ll be there by tweeting at me — my handle is @LenValentino1.

See you in August,

Dr. Len Valentino
